We have 2 types of diet.
1) The Total Food Replacement (also refereed to as Woman / Man plans) where you only consume Shake That Weight products per day. In this diet Woman have a minimum of 4 products per day. Men have a minimum of 5 products per day.
2) The Very Low Calorie plan ( also referred to as Woman/Man with meal plans) where you have 3 Shake That Weight products per day and cook yourself a healthy evening meal. For Woman this meal should be around 400 calories and Men around 600 calories
